Yes Gilmarion is the Raidleader for 20man runs - and yes hes an alt of Menedil, but if you dont want to discuss it, its okay.

Maybe someone could elaborate the situation so we can see it. Normally i would say that person not being high enough lvl cant get the item yet, thats always been fair and square.

Yes he is the alt of Menedil, and yes Menedil did join righteous, but he kept Gilmarion in SOG as a RL and operator for 20 man raids.. Besides he didn't join RG just for the loot but for some other reasons..

I don't know what the loot was, but I am certain that if you go again it will drop again. You can't always get the loot you want straight away.. As I said: if you went again, it would drop again.. eventually..

Personally I have no idea what went on, what I was reacting to was the attitude of a member in posting those comments.  They were out of order.  If you don't get what you want then by all means post, but be respectful and courteous.  SOG run 20s better than pratically any other guild on the server, so I doubt there's a problem with the way we run them - it's served us well to date and probably will do in the future until someone comes up with a better system.

Apology accepted, but the intention to insult 'someone' rather than the 'whole raid' is hardly better.  May I suggest that instead you write about what happened, what you felt was wrong and how you would change it?  That way people can asess for themselves the circumstances and whether or not there is need for change.  That would be far more productive.

a purple chestpiece (cloth 20int + 20stm + 20something damage and healing) dropped and 3 persons rolled for it:
 
Shando warlock lvl 60 with 30 something
Bamblewhistle mage lvl 60 with 40 something
Crusader warlock lvl 59 with highest roll
 
ML and raidleaders decided to give it to Bamblewhistle.
 
I personaly have no comments on this, than leaving group because I didn't get it is not good behavior.

Seriously mate, calm down...
You knew the rules and they dont change frome time to time.
It doesent matter if hes and Alt of something or someone, hes an alt so alt rules goes for him aswell.
 
Loot isent everything. with that what you did just leaving raid was just childish. If loot is the only reason you join then plz dont join again. You join a run to be a part of accomplishing a goal together with other 19 / 39 people, and loot is just a reward for completing it.
 
Think about it again, meny want the same loot but hell if they dont get it this time then next, and if not next then the time after. You also got to remember the in these kind of runs are rep req and if someone has the higher rep he WILL get the loot no matter what you roll.

aye, the best thing about AQ / ZG runs is the rep you get, then you can make different thingswith your professions, last night I became honored with the zanzalil tribe. can make major trolls regeneration potions 20HP/5 sec regen nice? ( get me mats I'll make for you)

i left a guild where i was first or second in line for almost everything that i wanted, to join a guild where i was last in line for absolutely everything, and only one boss ahead. sounds like some SERIOUS LOOT WHOREING TO ME!!!!!
