now that it works start turning the values up again.

no point running the card under spec, so either try get a replacement or find a better psu. I forgot about power...

That particular mobo has a good rep for working real smooth up to AGPx4.  I'm building another system with the same mobo at the moment, should be finished at the weekend so I'll let you know if I run into any problems, especially as it is going to be on a 'weedy 300W PSU'  :D
