Fair point, it has taken longer than usual.  However there are other considerations not least of which is that Noevra is already a Defender and RG2 have not exactly been overflowing with surplus members recently.  The FMs are planning to meet this weekend (when Vargen returns) to deal with a number of agenda items and applications will be one of the items discussed.
