people not showing up

what i always did was to give ppl till 19:30 to be on the right char and available for invites, and then give their spot away.

why the hell a lot ppl who are approved to raid that night cant turn up on time at the entrance is beyond me.

such as if u dont show up @ 19:15 @ the entrance your spot WILL be given away???
