5 teams with 2 min MR9 and just the round robin stage would mean 4 matches x 2 mins x 9 rounds x 2 for CT & T= 144 mins, plus 10 mins between rounds (x3) = 174 mins.

As we have 2 server's it would be 10 matches x 2 mins x 9 rounds x 2 for CT & T= 360 mins, plus 10 minutes between rounds (x4) = 400 mins / 2 (servers) = 200 minutes + Final? = 246 minutes.

As TL says, you would be better with 4 teams.  If that's not an option then have 6 teams split into two groups of three with a final to decide.

I made 4 teams out of it
So from TL's notes:
This assumes no knife round (just tell them in advance who will go CT first) and is just about manageable.--->Got that now yeah...
 
4 teams on the same basis gives 3 matches x 2mins x 9 rounds x 2 = 108 + 20 = 128 mins. Much more manageable--->Agreed
 
Conclusion: MR 9, 2 min rounds, map: office and a 10 minute break between matches?
 
And for finals deciding 1st and 2nd place and 3rd and 4th place maybe that other map Whitey typed about?

1st match starts 13.00 ends +/- 13.45
2nd match starts +/- 13.50

I think 9 rounds means MR5. MR9 would be best of 18!

Ehrm, isn't that why I added the x2 in the end?
But am I right about the matchtimes and such? As I want to define the times for each match.
 
I still have to set up a few things, the TS-channels, can we use the BF2-channels
A for team 1
B for team 2
C for team 3
D for team 4???
And maybe use the dMw-admin-TS-channel for the SquadLeaders and such?
 
Also can there be mIRC-channels or shall we stick to TeamSpeak only?

Sounds good.  BF2 channels for each team and use the CS protected channel for the Admins.  I would use IRC as a backup in case there are TS issues.

We should use Boomer and Meathook.

i agree with the white lad, if you want to start at 13 UK, you want to ask them in big letters somewhere to join TS half a hour before that or so.

I'm out and about most of the time Pete - and I am logged in on MSN whether or not I am actually in my house!  I'm sure what you posted is fine though.

I have relatives arriving at lunchtime for the afternoon (which I found out about last night :angry:) so I may not be around on MSN or otherwise.  Hope things go well.
