I've marked the main positions for the 5 players as we discussed during the practice sessions.  Depending on the opposition, the placing of 1 & 2 could vary quite a bit, the positions on the map are just a starting point. player 5 needs to keep his eye on the exit from house and listen out for the dog.
In the practice session player number 4 died a couple of times because 5 wasn't watching the exit and he got shot from the side.

1 and 2 need to get an early flash in and it's a good idea for 4 to get a flash up the middle as they run across (you need to be quick out of spawn to get over before T's get a chance to shoot you).

Bastet

noted, and 1/2 can trow a flash over the building into the alley

as long as the pairings of 1&2 and 3&4 make sure they are both covering the entry points and are covering each other well that should be good - you have to be very careful that in the crossfire situations the rushers cannot pop out and snipe one of the defenders without making themselves vulnerable to the other (i.e. stick together :) ). Sometimes tricky to do but should be reasonably possible :)

3&4 shouldn't stick their heads out because they are to much exposed from multiple angles. During the training I was holding that area and found out that I didn't have harldy any cover. 3 should check briefly for sounds for a middle rush (and defend himself with flashes and such) and he should be backed up by 4.
3 Should know the fastest way back incase 1 and 2 get overrushed (4 would have to hold middle and maybe drop back to previous position of 3).
1&2 need to buy-up on nades because of the chokepoints where they can hold of an enemy pretty easy if the have good comms.

I reckon 4&5 should keep listning pretty good as there are 2 soundtriggers up there, the dog and the metallic fence/door-thingy.
