Rhym3z

hi guys

For those of you that dont know i am a musician in real life and
a member of a group called "LIFEBLOOD"

We specialise in Drum and Bass, Alternative, Dance, Popular and
all kinds of music genre's.

We have submitted a track called "its ok now" to a website where
each band's song is nominated to go through to the next round of a competition.

Completing all the rounds of this competition leads up to being able
to perform at a gig and a possible recording contract.

To make it through the rounds we need nominations for our song.

We would like it if any of you would b kind enough to
nominate our song.

You will also get a chance to listen to the song and see what u think.

This will mean a lot to me and my fellow bandmates as we have been trying for
years to become known to people and record company's.

If you could please nominate our song then please goto http://pringlesunsung.com/submissions/view/190.
then just click nominate, and check the song out too!

This really would mean a lot to us.

U never know u might see us on MTV or something LOL (not!)

but please nominate if you can

Thank you very much, we appreciate it 8)

Danny Rhymez and Matty b are 2 cool straight friends who like embaressing themselves by making gay music

But I voted for you anyway.
EDIT: The second guy looks a bit like Jamoe!

aaaaah, the sign of a true artiste! tetchy to the extreme.

I can't see any patronising and, frankly, people shouldn't nominate unless they like it. Nom,inating for the sake of nominating means that a potentially good track could be overlooked by one where lots mates voted.

May the best man win is my motto.

I'm in accord with what Duvel said (which is somewhat scary in its own right :lmfao:) - and yes, the second guy does look uncannily like Jamoe after a weekend LAN.

I listened to all the songs on the first page and I liked your song (which I was quite prepared not too). Have to say though that you're on to a hard one as there is such an eclectic mix of genres there (including that ever-so-strange Rabbi John genre mix). I guess it means that those artists who follow more mainstream avenues of music are going to get votes by default.

However, I have to say that your description of calling it 'gay' music though may well have an negative impact on how others view it, and also you as a band (as it has done here). That's doing you no favours imho.

BTW, SM wan't being patronising and you're not the first person to joshed over their spelling and use of shorthand speak. Bear in mind that most of us are crusty ol' gits.

Cheers

PS. You are a tad tetchy ;)

DuVeL

I wasn't ment to be patronising at all, sorry if it felt this way but I got that quote directly from the site.
We're pretty nice if you get to know us, heck, why else would we be in dMw?
I hope a few more people will vote for you though. That's the least thing we can do as fellow dMw-forum-member.

i wasnt refering to u duvel.

soz about that.

ive been posting my ad for the nominating on other forums
and there's a lot of people that
take the p&%ss and patronise to no end.

even my fellow lfs racers on the lfs forum
thought it would b funny to take the mic
and say that its all a heap of crap.

anyway soz for that.
im starting a new job this morning so thats put me in a good mood.

c u on the track!

DuVeL

Ah okay, my interpretations can be slightly off sometimes as I'm not English.

Good luck with the job!
You wont see me around the track unless you can run with a gun up there and I can shoot you. :)
Onlineracing isn't something for me although seeing Doorman and his drivinggear looked interesting.

Mind the almost empty winebottle and such, the guy needs lots of refuelling.:norty:
