Best knife, double kill:
-=[dMw]=-Lumi|T.Wolve killed -=[dMw]=-Sithy with knife.

and maces/swords/fists all use 2.4 as their normalised attack speed, so apart from any weapon specialisation differences, theres not a lot in it. 5% extra crit from fist spec is imo nicer than 5% chance to proc an extra attack with swords, if pvp is your thing.

daggers are better in every situation if your willing to work for it.
