CANCELLED - MC Speed Run - 11th Jan (practice 8th January)

Please sign up for the MC Speed Run on the 20 person website. The actual speed run is on the 11th Jan, but we will need to spend an hour or so on 8th Jan checking some refined/different tactics. It is nto the intention to do a full instance clearance on the 8th and you do not need to pot up for the 8th, but please attend so that you know what you will be doing!

The speed run will require potting up if we are to get anywhere close to our goal of clearing MC in under an hour. Please sign up as soon as possible for both the practice and speed runs. Further info on the suggested pots/buffs etc will be posted shortly.

As before, the balance of the speed run raid group will be a little different to a normal MC or instance run, in particular we will have much more DPS (both melee & ranged) than usual, so please do not assume that all places will go to RG1 personnel as they won't!

Once you have been approved to raid then please stock up on reagents and start farming for your pots and buffs etc.

As i said before i wont miss this 1 and i'm signed up..
I allways carry around, moongoose and elixir of giants, some food and other kind of pots and sharpening stones.

But what more do we need?

regarding warrs, what specs are we gonna use?

usual tank specs or are we going arms/fury like axemen?

or perhaps a mix of both, ie: 1/2 tanks, rest dps? (fury is crazy dps if you got the right weaps, and you canheal yourself a bit too)

I think the more DPS the merrier. I am expecting that our healers will have no problem whatsoever healing things in MC.

well i cant make the 8th practise run? does that mean i cant signup for the full run on the 11th?

Sign up for whichever you are available for please. If it is only the one night then I will have to make that call when selecting the strongest possible unit for the run.

The 8th will only be an hour of time I expect.

im signed up for both and starting to get some matts together, potions wise

I cant afford to respec back and forth so ill be sitting there prot speccd
