Just keep pestering them i got my stuff back after 3 days.

The send me some standard message: 'we're looking into it'. And I just received a e-mail they suspended my account pending their investigation. I already told them I scanned my comp for viruses, removed the keylogger and changed my password afterwards, so suspension wasn't really nessecary imo (not that I can do anything without gear and gold). Anyway at least I know they're working on it; standard procedure I guess. Hopefully it's fixed the next time you see me log on.
