Hm, sounds like this dude isnt too much of a player, but in all case, I do totally agree that we should talk to him first before doing anything. We don't want any trouble by doing something irrasional.
When that's said, I have to say I am not too impressed by him either, seeing him in gchat. Even tho the episode with Marduk maybe wasn't harmfully intended, its not right treating other players like that (especially guildmates).
Let's keep an eye at him and be straight forward with him when he logs on. (If he ever does again.)

17:21[Threbrilith]: Still, being a member of SOG comes with some obligations. SOG strives to have a reputation based on trust and honor among its members.
17:22[Threbrilith]: The skill of those you PvPed with might not have been good, but that is irrelecant - they payed their part of the money to  form the team, and kicking them and not giving the money back is not acceptable pollicy.
17:23[Threbrilith]: Firstly, I will strongly encourage you to pay those two people their money back (the one contacting us was Lunar, I don't know who the other one was), and secondly, this matter will be discussed among the officers, and some kind of reaction will come.

17:25[Threbrilith]: The main aspects in SOG is honesty and mutual respect - both amon SOGs members, but also towards other people you meet in the game. When you walk around with the SOG tag above your name, you represent the guild, and you should act properly because of that
17:26[Threbrilith]: When entering a team with other people, if you don't know them, you take the risk of wasting some money - that however does not make it fair to dump them from a team which they also payed for, and I hope you understand this.

17:30[Threbrilith]: I can only repeat myself: as a member of SOG you are *expected* to act with respect and honesty towards other players. What their skill are in PvP or other aspects of the game does not matter, you should still treat them in a good way.

As you can see, he didn't deny anything, only making silly excuses. And also, isn't it 40g each have to pay when forming an arena team, not 20 as he tried to make me believe?

To conclude: I wouldn't be sad in any way if we decide to kick him out. This matter here, compared to both Marduk's and TL's experience with him shows that it is not something we really would like to have i SOG if you ask me.

Well, an annoying little brat in other words. If he doesnt return the money, I'd say we boot him when his trail period is up.

I agree, i cant see he did anything to decline what he did, i think he feels he did the right thing by kicking the other two from his team instead of just leaving...

Keep in mind, hes just 13 years old, we might just give him a warning, and tell him that if he behave in a way thats disrespectfull towards others he will not be asked to stay when his trial periode ends.

Also, has anyone talked to jain and shadowspell?

AND i would also strongly encourage him to appologies to ducky, and perhaps teach him a way to ask people if they want to duel him

Gorion - gkick him.  And post a brief explanation on the forums why.  If a pupil spoke like that to a teacher in school he'd be put in detention and punished.

i talked to G right after this. and i vote Gkick and mayby a note on the azune forums. and also inform his sponsors about reasons and stuff. not sure if i agree about kicking him asap, but give him a note first. this brings SoG in a bad light and i don't like it. we might need to inform the ones he owe money to about him being kicked and tell them to make a ticket to a GM about the matter. and that we hope it will sort out.
