Yes, you need to bring you own PC
It costs £15 for the weekend (+hotel)
It is located in a market town called March - in Cambridgeshire.
More details :
Venue:  Oliver Cromwell, March, Cambridgeshire.
Times: The LAN venue opens at 11.00am Friday morning and the LAN will finish by 5.00pm on Sunday
Costs: For the venue - £15 total per head for the whole weekend
Costs:
Bed & Breakfast Accommodation: double occupancy £33 per person per night, sole occupancy £50 per room per night
Room Availability: 35 x Double; 8 x Twin

If you book a Twin Room and want to share the costs of the room then when you post in this thread to confirm your attendance then also make a note of the fact you have a Twin room booked and are looking for someone to share with.

As before, the reduced accommodation and function room rates have been negotiated on the basis that the majority of the attendees will partake of the excellent cuisine offered by either the hotel restaurant's Fixed price, A La Carte or Bar menus on the Friday night.  JOIN US for the WELCOME DINNER on Friday evening in Ballroom 2 at 7.30pm.  

Eating at the hotel is NOT mandatory, but I am sure that any attendee from the last couple of LANs will vouch for the quality of both the food and the company!

The Oliver Cromwell offers:

• The Noble Suite - an air conditioned conference room
  
• 24/7 access to the suite
• dMw control of entry to the suite
• Late night bar
• Gymnasium
• Large indoor swimming pool
• Eight-person Jacuzzi
• Sauna and Steam room

When the Oliver Cromwell is fully booked you will need to book into the The Olde Griffin Hotel, March, Cambridgeshire which is 200yds down the road or a B&B etc.  

Amongst other things the LAN will feature:

- a list of officially supported games (BF2 and CS variants will both be there)
- organised competitions
- official LAN Admins  
- late night gaming

Nah, got it coverd. When November shows up I'll book a.s.a.p.
I'm just wondering which plane to take back as the LAN might end early this time, this way I have more time to take the train and such in the NL.

The LAN will definitely end and the room must be cleared by 11.00am (which was pretty much the same as this time).

They need the room for their Sunday lunchtime (and will need time to fumigate Benny's smelly area).

With the heavily subsidised rate and the free conference room - we get a cracking deal (:clap2: TL) so it's fair enough to vacate it by then so they don't take too much of a hit.

Therefore a mid PM flight would probably be fine?

For UK-based people I would prefer no bookings are made until the booking thread is opened to you otherwise we could theoretically find all rooms booked by those without a booking for a LAN place!

They set up dates so the people from overseas can book flights in advance (so that the flights and such are way cheaper).
The day UK-peeps can book will be called up also way infront so don't worry, I don't see an all EuroLAN coming up though...

The Official booking thread will go live in August/September-ish.

As usual the booking list will be open to Charlie members, then Bravo members and then everyone else.

The Europhiles have special dispensation to hop ahead of the queue as they're paying for airfares upfront and it would be a tad gutting if the lan got booked out before they had a chance to sign up :roflmao:
