One of the problems we have been having with Sourcemod is discussed in this thread on the Sourcemod forum.  It can be caused by plugins having memory leaks.  When this happens the following command should be run from the console, it will show what plugins have caused the leak.

sm_dump_handles handlereport.txt
The ads plugin (ads.smx) which we use for the message in the middle of the screen has been unapproved by the sourcemod team until the memory leak has been fixed in the plugin.  It would be worth removing this plugin from Boomer until an update is available.

had a look at the sourcemod web and it looks as if one of the datatbases might be corrupt. rather than me trying to fix it (I think Excel is a database) I'll ask OB to have a look.

PM sent to OB

Benny

Works from hlsw, which unfortunately on a friday means 10 drunk admins typing everything that includes the word restart.....

for reference it's mp_restartgame 1

lol.

I know this is an ongoing issue and that server commands have to be done from the RCONGUI Screen (do you have that?) or via the console.

Thanks for the restart one- come in useful for the LAN.....  I remember last LAN and TL scouring the net trying to find the commands lol

Rcongui wasn't working last night either:g:

OB has updated the SourceMod web interface and we may now be able to use SM again. let me know if there are still probs.

According to SoonJung its down again, and looking at console on HLSW its sourcebans thats pumping a lot of stuff through on a hook error. Bit reluctant to use a restart since its been a bit unstable lately in not coming back up again. Can some1 take a peek at it?

Yeah I hopped on tonight and had all sorts of problems.

I did a sm_reloadadmin and it solved some of them.
