Download? I didn't download anything. I only put the same link for the pic file as you have in the 1st post. So now it links to your site (finnglish), but some people (like Ninja) it seems to point to somewhere here on the deadmen site :g:

OK. Favourite is to use the link to the downloads section on the forum. Just in case they take my toys away. In your case it's: http://lfs.deadmen.co.uk/skins/Signatures/aquilifer.jpg

I downloaded and re-uploaded it to imageshack.us, to not to waste the bandwith of doorman's or the deadmen server, although they are small in filesize.

I don't know what the size limits are here, but...

I checked my sig size
- 29kB  (100% JPG quality)

With that setting, JPG has the best quality, but can be quite large. Generally the compression/quality would be best to set where the size is as small as possible but still doesn't look too bad.

I tryed to make it with 80% quality...7kB only!

I also tryed with the good old trusted GIF format and the result....
3kB!!! and the quality is sharp (because it is not lossy)

OK, I've redone them all as GIFs if you would be so kind as to re do your sigs using the gifs I'll then delete all the jpgs making things all neat and tidy. Sorry for the messing about but I do tend to bumble my way through things.
