An insight into Finns

We've collected a few Finns of late and THIS little offering may just give a small insight into the Finnish character. There were parts of this that made me laugh, but with great affection. It was made sometime ago but I don't suppose they've changed that much.

Yes. What do you expect when you live centuries next to Russia and Soviet Union. You can hardly trust anybody after that. In winter it is so dark and cold that if you pee outside it freezes before hitting the ground.

...this reminds me...have to go take my depression medicine.

But you forget, you have space to move, places to park, makara, good beer, sauna, uncrowded roads, summer cottages by the lake, makara, olut and free parking! What's to be depressed about? Oh, and if Russia comes on all hard again they'll have the EU to answer to! :lmfao:

Marvelous! What is terrific is they have to control slides as part of their driving test. Finland gets better and better. I might even go and live ther myself!

Well some of those things are true but they are really exaggerated + the material is like from the 80's when we had depression

We are melancolic and sad people but what the heck we have Nokia, Him, Lordi, Sauna and father santa

And speaking the truth when we would go to Sauna where is about 80 to 100 degrees celsius and start using "Vihta"(many birch branches with leafs on tied to gether) by hitting yourself, there wouldn't be many other than finns around.

I think if you really search and dig you will find even funnier things about us, but you should really come and visit here. Or how much do you know about us ?

(ps. that tractor part was cool, I have to try that next winter on our summer cottage :lmfao:)

Lex mate, ofc its overdone - but fun though.

The "don't look at me, I might get embarassed" is very Danish I am afraid to say, though. If any danes read this and disgree, pls post.
