although I don't think my contributions are that much any more :(

house is getting too hot to keep PC (constantly above 26C during the night, not good for nipper)

Any contribution is good James. If it's hot in my apartment I don't have it on aswell. I'd rather have my workingrig folding 24/7.
Otherwise; watercooled! But then again that's not something for my Shuttle as you can't bring fluids in an airplane...

I've been thinking about that aswell but I've recently adjusted my setup and my current temperaturelevels in the Shuttle are great.
If the temp mocks up again I'm definatly going over to watercooled.

Yesterday the 12th of Sep we did 31,570 points in one day. Considering that we in September 07 did around 185,000 points in a whole month, that is a considerable change :blink:

Same for me, seems that GPUfolding is doing it's thing aswell.

It sure seems that the extra GPU folding, and the activation of old folders, have made a big change :D Yesterday we did 33,274 ppd and made yet another record.

I set my core priority to higher as suggested- should I be doing that on all the other machines which are cpu folding?

No, not unless you have both GPU and CPU folding at the same time. That is when the GPU client gets limited a bit, because CPU-folding take a bit of the CPU-time which the GPU-client needs (it does need to use the CPU a bit).

Yesterday went nuts - best day ever - 37,747 ppd

It could have something to do with Lex putting out 6,164 ppd :blink: :yahoo:

Also new best week:  12.14.08 184,885 ppw

Seems I've dropped loads after stopping the GPU.
Should check out that Windowmode for L4D Oldie talked about...
