I was contact by Molsted today, and apperantly this guy did an account trade a while back, but has recently used his secret question to gain access back to the account, locking the guy that used it out. I have not taken any action, but i think we should at least have a second look at this guys application.

Unless there is some proof available I am not sure what else you can do.  Ask teh guy for hsi side fo the story maybe?  Unless he fesses up to stealing it back I'd say you just have to watch him like any normal member.
