Had a chat with him today after he got a bit carried away in guild chat towards plight. administerd minor bollocking for use of strong language and explained the rules. he applogized to me, and will restrain himselfs in future.
 
Also reminded him that we do have smaller kids playing, and that seamed to jolt him awake. :rolleyes:
