No no, i havnt. I just uploaded my combat log to WWS and they generated the log for me. I think TL has pimped it as long as I can remember, and i thought it was a good idea

Indeed I have.  All the raid guilds use it to allow members (and raid leaders) to analyse their performance, see what could be improved and how they compare to others in the same class.  It is a massively useful raid tool.  For example (apologies for quoting Lex here as an example, but it was at random), the logs from the run tell me very quickly that:

Lexander:
was actually DPSing for 26% of the raid
Took damage of 247,509
Used Icy Veins 13 times
Had his trinket (The Lightning Capacitor) hit 21 times in total
Is short of hit rating
Did 17% of the raid's total damage
Used scorch:fireball in the ratio of 330:417 (perfect being 1:

....I could go on.  You can see that you can really dig into a WWS log to find out what you did in vast detail.  I would encourage each player to go in and play with the log - click things, get to know what the numbers mean and then use it as a comparison for how things go next week.  You're looking for an overall improvement each week.

You can also search WWS for comparable bosses and look for how your raid did compared to other uploaded logs.
