It's not 100 - it's 400 x 75 as it has been since the last review in Mar 2006.

Just scale yours down constraining the proportions and reduce the resolution and you'll be fine (yours are overly large at 111kb and 123kb respectively).

I personally like the first (slthough it's quite hard to see the writing), the third one and the last one (hard to read writing is best, it makes people wonder what you were thinking when you picked it).
