Good games indeed.  I remember we had a long discussion at one point on my team about the obvious...

Well, you could argue the opposite as well. Why don't they spend five minutes on the map looking around before Friday comes and enjoy it more?

That means they have to be able to download the correct version. Nothing worse than heaps of people not being able to join the server due to a map version mismatch. They can only download it from our server if it happens to be running (unless they have admin rights to change the level).

Asking at the start of a map and giving a quick tour to those that don't know it is by far the best way.

Yeah it was a good laugh, wish I could have stayed on longer but the Chinese food was to good.

After the haxing discussion on our team I have complied a list of all the haxors for the admins to sort out.

It can be found here HAX + Duvel x 80 million

Well, Whitey have provided the maps in one zip-file to download and that is how I got them all. I had a look at the maps from that zip and there were no problem.

It is still "friendlier" to educate people as to the map; that's the way we used to do it and one of the things that attracted me to dMw in the first place.

For sure, but that doesn't hinder people from downloading and looking at the maps does it? We did ask if anyone wanted a walkthrough on every "new" map and no one said yes.

Was on a roll the first few maps but not the later ones, you must have left by then, sorry.
