we did have a bit of a discussion last night. this was a bit later on as i didnt get in till after 9pm as im working lates this week

basically what we discussed

raiding schedule, what would we want to do and what are are expectations.

3 raids per week - there were a couple of suggestions for this they were both farily similar, we should discuss this at a later date, ie when we get towards 80.

We discussed that if we dont get the attendance for 3 raids then dropping it to 2 would be a good move but to start off with 3.

Expectations would be something along 2 out of 3 raids for a full time raider.
