Sure you're listed under teram 33597?

If you're using the windows client right click the folding icon bottom left and click configure. In team box make sure it's showing 33597.

You need to have handed in a complete WU before you will be listed, and from handing in the WU until you appear on the list can also take a up to 6 hrs.

I'm been very lax and am rectifying it.

I've updated 5 machines at the office and hadn't reinstalled F@H. I have now sorted those and hopefully the other will get starting.
