VoA25 + Onyxia25

Morning all.

Was thinking about this whilst in a PUG for VoA25 again with aload of randoms. Have spoken with Garrit and want to see what the rest of the guild think.

Why not run VoA25 and Onyxia25 on a wednesday as a guild? Theres lots of pro's I can think off and only 1 negative(not getting 25 on regularly, but there are lots of people in the guild to do this now)

• A team that knows what they are doing and can work well together
• The loot gets split between our guild which can only be a good thing when taking it into battle @ ulduar and ToC now. Its ilevel 251 in VoA25 now!
• Shouldn't take more than and hour if done well :doh:
• Team building.

Right ill stop now as I think I've made my point.  Just need to see how many are interested in this so we can get it put on the rotation if possible.

You just have to do it with the people online at that time and if they want to...
 
We are a casual raiding guild and most of us arn't active/online on wednesday.
 
Just see how far you get on a wednesday and we can go on from there.

Ok doesn't have to be a wednesday, it just made more sense as this is the day it gets reset. Gives people that don't make it 6 more days to PUG it.

Even if its put into rotation before normal raiding on a thursday night it still should only be an hour to clear both and really good loot for the guild.

Yes im fed up of losing loot for a rogue who did a 3rd of the damage in raid and yes I would still be fed up if I lost it to someone else in the guild, but at the end of the day the DPS will be added to the overall guild DPS and will take us further in Uld+ToC. :narnar:

Plus there are easy emblems there for people to gear off also.

I agree that there are alot of advantages but the main (and only as far as I can see) con is people. We should be able to run a 10 of both on wednesday, but a 25 will be very hard to come by (as you saw on Ony last week).

I don't see why we can't run a 10 though, but it should maintain the character of 'on the fly', like any other off night raid, in my opinion. That said I'll see if I can get a 10 airborne tonight

Aye, the main thing though is then that if it hasn't occured on the wednesday, don't hold your breath waiting for another guild one later in the week, basically. Just pug it in that case, cause there's no guarantee.

Once I have finally sorted out my move & hooked my computer back up I would love to go along with you all to both these, I much prefer the guild runs than pugs, I am too old & grouchy to put up with them now!!

Make Voa25, Onyx25 calender raids, non pugging events. I really wanted this for a looooong time. Now we got the excuse to do it. Onyx25 so 2 quick raids in one night. Let people pug 10 man if they want..
