Toc10 hc

I know its not run by the guild.

But being as we missed raiding last night and today everything unlocked again.

Any chance of getting a group together to start clearing TOC10 HC. We know we can 1 shot TOC10 every week, need to start looking at doing some harder stuff though :boxing:

Need 4k DPS minimum for the first bosses alone from what we found out last week!!

Maybe get it put on the calendar for me so I can see who's interested.

We pretty much cut through the 10man with ease, now so why not go for heroic. But id like to point out straight away that this is obviously NOT for alts or low dps/heal ppl. I wont point at ppl but u know ur stats n abilities DONT join just to get boosted through heroics, otherwise im sure ppl will point u out......I know I will..

**Beasts of Northrend**
1. Each boss has a 3 min timer.
2. Impaler boss can be disarmed. A tiny tiny breathing room for tanks
3. ALL DPS Zergs down Snobolds
4. Snake bosses - We burned down AcidMaw First
5. Don't tank the snake bosses too close together
6. We split up Melee b/c They kept getting AOE poisoned
7. Icehowl - No more Speed buff. Other than that, same.

**Lord Jaggoff**
1. Interrupt the Fireballs
2. Ele Shaman ALWAYS on boss to Purge Buff
3. Portals --> Mistress. Kill Portals First ALL DPS.
4. Volcanos---> Infernals. Kill Volcanos First ALL DPS.
5. Tank and spank.

**Faction Champions**
1. Normal = Kill Healers First. Heroic = Kill DPS First.
2. Prot Tank on Pali Healer to CC his heals.
3. Our DPS order: SPriest, Shaman, Hunter, DK, Pali, Resto Druid.
4. 1 white hit kills totems. It helps a LOT.
5. We wiped several times trying to kill healers first, After we switched, 1 shot all alive.

**Twins**
1. Tank the 2 Angels semi-close together between LIGHT and DARK Portals.
2. ALL DPS Get Light Aura --> Dps Dark Angel
3. When DARK AOE--> Switch to Dark Portal = DPS Switch to Light Angel
4. Kill Light Angel Shield.
5. when LIGHT AOE --> Switch to Light Portal = DPS Switch to Dark Angel
6. DPS Dark Angel Shield.
7. Rinse and Repeat.
8. You can start with ALL DPS Light Aura or ALL DPS Dark Aura up to you.
9. AOE = Free stacks of DMG Buff. So thats why you switch to different angels after AOE.
10. Ignore Touch of Light/Dark

Notes:
Beasts of Northrend for us was the hardest boss.
Snake boss - Burning Bile Tanks + Frontal Cone dmg = major suckage

Definitely a great heroic encounter. This group comprised of our Best tanks, Healers, and DPS. Very challenging and not pug friendly.

I hope this helps everyone else.

Forgot to add: Ignore Portal when boss is at 10%. If your lucky you'll get 2 mistresses and free achievment.

Kobolds have to be run under the arse-end of the boss to be killed by melee splash damage & ranged.  Can't afford to lose too much dps on boss by not being there.
Additional note - the fire patch will kill you on the 2nd tick.  You have no choice but to move PDQ & remember the area in which you still take tick damage is about 2 yards wider than the rendered fire animation.  Expect a few people to die in fire as you learn how quickly you need to move on this one.

Do NOT purge the buff, let mages spell steal it.
You have to keep up with the portals/adds or you will get overrun quickly.

This is a very variable fight as it depends on which champions you face.  In general you still try to focus dps a healer initially.  We tend to make sure the rogue/DK/shaman are on a plate target and ideally pulled out of the main mob area and held off to one side whilst the rest of the mobs are DPS's down.

Shaman is much greater risk than the shadow priest.  You can ignore the SP as he does relatively little damage and a lot of what he does can be dispelled or focus interrupted.

Resto druid is usually a good choice to burn first because it is a bugger to be burning something else and being unable to interrupt his instant cast heals.  It helps massively to have someone purging the dps target initially and blow heroism on the first target to get through it asap.

**Twins**

We split ranged on light, melee on dark and run 2 camps.  Very simple strat which is reliably repeatable.

Notes:
Beasts of Northrend for us was the hardest boss.

Truth.  It's the dps gateway, unless you can burn the bosses down quickly enough you'll not get this one down, so it needs top notch dps and no slacking.  With only 10 people you all have to perform.

Snake boss - Burning Bile Tanks + Frontal Cone dmg = major suckage

Frontal cone on this boss one shots you.  Stay away, spread out and make sure it is tanked facing away.  

J-man - this is the easiest encounter in there so long as you interrupt, spell steal and dps the portal and adds quickly enough.  Additional note, the fire hurts and you need to heal the flesh burn victim more & faster.

Twins - orbs hit for more, you have to handle movement or the hps required exceeds the available healing resource.
