When we decided to support Aion we thought we had critical mass of about 30 players.  However it seems the very weekend we thought we had the numbers and decided to support the game, quite a few people decided the game was not for them.  It sort of coincided with the end of the free month.

After discussion with some current DML members & Boon, the Council has decided to not to take Aion forward as a supported game.  DML will continue to exist, but it will be a purely social legion and not run as a supported game.

We do not want players to feel tied to DML just because they are in dMw.  The idea is to enjoy the game and if DML has not delivered then feel free to try things elsewhere.  

From a personal perspective I have cancelled my subscription and transferred all monies and goods to the Legion Bank.  I entrust this to whomever is running the Legion (currently Boon) to use or distribute as they feel appropriate.

With my main char I've dropped to another Legion called KDS but my main char is still about (Duvel, lvl 45 Gladiator atm).
If anyone needs a hand ingame or such then let me know, my Alts are still in the Legion and I can also help out with my main character as I've found out yesterday while helping some lower ranked people in KDS.
