My fellow guildies, it is time for me to move Deeathy somewhere else, where I can experience a bit more in raiding. I enjoyed time I spent with you all, and really appreciate all the hard work officers and all raiders put to get our raids running. Thank you all for your time and fun. Im moving Deeathy to other guild but will be still around. Id like to leave my alts here, if thats ok. See you all around!

GL in Project X, although tbh I am confused as to why. They're immediately below DMR in the 25 man raid progress list on the XSA forums, so I'm not sure what else you'll see unless you're trying to wedge yourself into an existing 10 man? Ah well, have fun!

Yea hope ur still around mate, kinda sad to see the best dps in guild leave us. But to reply to Tealeafs note also. As far as i know and from what Dee told they are doing heroic mode instances and do so quite well. Honesly i think we need to reconsider the earliers post about this heroic subject. Several ppl in guild have put up wishes bout heroic mode runs and we still talk bout it. Im affraid more ppl will look elsewhere unless we start doing something bout it. most of us are top specced (except for a gun....sigh) but somehow we struggle with too many top specced ppl with low output heal or dps wise.

Ive said this before, I really think the only way to progress into heroic mode is an alternate ELITE DMR guild with kinda like the BID thing we have implemented in raids. U earn points by participating AND from ur performance hence if ur not performing u get kicked back to non elite DMR guild. Ofc. im not aware of the micromanagment and overhead from officers on this but maybe its worht considering this option??

Sorry to cya leave Deeathy hope you find what you are looking for. And to space sry but i dont share your view what u got to keep in mind we just cleared all content. Yes heroics are nice loot and we allready killed some in 10 man heroic mode last week, so have patience and see what we will raid, and have you even talked to an officer to find out if we are doing 25 man heroics?
if you did i am sure you would never have made this post, if any feel down for any reason or have questions u can always talk to an officer to get some answers that might be very important.
All in all we are a damn good guild that have fun and cleared what was planned, and its not over. Second this is not the place for the subject make a new thread on it instead of doin it in here in a good bye post.
