Great game tonight :), sorry about my mishap with the left ctrl button! and sorry if i sounded miffed, i just couldnt see the point in having the option to just move your head and not your gun, god knows how that happened. Thanks guys for helping me out with that :)

Agreed that was some decent CQB last night with lots of action, well led by Tobi hats off to you sir as it can be a pain in the ass,how did the large scoped members get on when they entered the town?
Whats the criteria for the spawning of the enemy to stop? an area being entered i guess ? I did think the enemy where too accurate compared to human players though,im not saying they where to smart as that scale was fine with there flanking and use of explosives, just the one round from 300 meters to the head couldnt be humanly done by ak47 at those ranges.
Im sure this is a PITA as each enemy ai unit has to be individually altered unless they can be group configured at spawn Benny?

smilodon

As mentioned in another thread I think we might have the spawn rate set to 'high' rather than 'normal'. Benny may correct me but I think the enemy AI is on a sliding scale. Individual AI can be adjusted but also (I stand to be corrected) the overall skill of the enemy can be changed with a single adjustment.

However i think we're pretty close to the best balance. I think we're all coming to enjoy the extra hard encounters the best and so while barnyard might be a little OTT I'd hate to see it completely softened up.

It seemed to me (with my limited experience) that the skill level of the AI wasn't to harsh..  I like a tough opponent, it's just not rewarding if you can steamroller through a map.    There did seem to be a hell of a lot of them though for the amount of players we had (what was it, 10 or so on our side?)

It felt like we could have been fighting our way through that city for another couple of hours at least.

Still, I'm far to inexperienced with these maps and online ArmA in general for my opinion to count for anything yet :)

It certainly is pretty intense though.

Quick question..  do you guys only play on Tuesdays and Sundays?   I need more ArmA!  2 days a week isn't going to to satisfy my rapidly approaching addiction :D

My brother is also interested in joining in sometime.  Ok if I just drag him into TS one night?
