anyway, bored start of week thinking...

lets save our 25man progress....

Perhaps doing so will stop the

"turn up on Thursday/Sunday, earn 8+ emblems & spend dkp on 1 trophy and **** the rest of the week we'll never get any further attitude that seems to have settled in our stomachs" Allow us to work on Rotface or maybe *CRAZY IDEA* go to another wing for a change!!

I know it will stunt a few people but at the end of the day I'm getting absolutely sick of same 4 bosses, then tickle Rotface for 50mins. I'd rather be looking at the other wings and getting used to them. Hell knows we may find Rotface a brickwall atm but the other bosses might be an absolute walk in the park for us, something we just wont know until we try. To be fair its either that or keep smashing morale against a brick wall until something gives..

TL;DR After DB Saurfang YOU CAN TURN RIGHT OR GO STRAIGHT ON!!

Well Said pandi, but also might be a nice to bear in mind that the buff goes up each couple of weeks so that if we went with this approach then when we come back to rotty and festy then we we could just one shot them and then move on. I know its not nice to use the buff but tbh i'm all for it.

Now from a personal PoV i like the idea of trying another wing. I have been very Desperate to do the Green dragon healing fight (and no i can't remember the name of the bloody thing!). for me it looks fun:) or even doing the blood council.

just my two cents on it but pandis idea is very sound and might stop us from losing people to other guilds if we try some other bosses, And yes we could lose people before anyone says anything as morale in the guild is very low atm. TBH i bet a few of us CL and Officers have thought about just jacking the whole thing in, I know that i have over the last week. But i am not going to as i love this guild to much to just give up like that. Well that my thoughts on it now lets hear all of yours.

now i need coffee....dam i hate using my head to think at this time of the morning.....it hurts!...

Valithria.

Always worth trying new bosses and I'd encourage experimentation.

Valithria is a fun fight and not a particularly complex one.
Council is a little more tricky in terms of movement, but with good pet classes is a hell of a job easier - it's very much a control fight not a pewpew.

Have fun with them and shout f you need some info.

Plan A is to hit 3x25 man raids each week ... the problem is we are not getting 25 people on all the raid nights so we have to move to plan B splitting up and running 10 mans.. If we got the members we would have more than enough time to blow up rotty and move onto other areas.

Kit wise i think most people have all the loot we can get from the constant farming of the first wing so saving the raid is an option. Im also up for having a look at new stuff. We just need more raiders so thats recruitment which is always ongoing

Lets see what we get tonight .. if we spit to 10 mans (plan B again) ill save the 25 man and we will start from fester onwards on thursday

I agree with Bell that morale is low, definitely haven't been playing any more than I need to atm. I think with a good push into new wings maybe a victory against 1 new boss, might give us the boost we all need. We'd probably see people signing up just because its a new wing and bit more if they think were progressing. Maybe reset the instance once every 4/5/6 raids so that were not cutting people off from the loot they need [ITEM]50359[/ITEM]

Ok right i know you officers are probs all chatting about the current situation thats going on in guild atm but could we possbily get a update here about and new devolpments that you have come up with.

Dont get me wrong i dont mind signing on every raid i can and give any thing a good bash or sit out for some raids if i'm needed to, but could we please have a small update about any ideas or plans that are in the works.

yes i agree lets make a new update post in member section, letting ppl know we are recruiting and what we are doing at this moment raids wise. and let inactive ppl know we need them to be a bit more active or they might loose spots. just my view.
