looked @ the BQL vid and when kataleena died - me + DFE Both had assignments to bite him, so a muck up with vamp there?

I hadn't cleared my Vamp from previous raids, so as Raid Assist, it was broadcasting until Ald demoted me mid-fight. That MAY have caused the problem, but I can't be sure of that.

for me the problem was that I checked chat panel who to bite at around 20 secs left of my Essence of the Bloodqueen but didnt see whisper with my target (Maypal) there because of all those raid icons setting spam. So I decided to go to bite Kat - unfortunately so did Trickboxx and obviously Kat was Jim's target so there were quite a bunch of guys there. Kat got hit by Jim and Trick and Trickgot hit by Kat and me, that is most likely how they died.

I missed the first minute and a half because I forgot to press record - but I got the second half, which is the bit that matters really, when it starts to get a bit hectic

We opted for 1 tank (tanking Abominations and Zombies), 4 healers (2 pallies on dragon, drood and shammy on raid) and stacked ranged DPS (shadow priest, boomkin, mage, hunter) with one melee (feral DPS).

Good job guys! How many tries did it take you to heal her?  What is the difference from normal mode apart from higher health pools and damage? It seemed to me that for example the zombies were REALLY fast and that is probably why the werent kited by Zeol but you tanked them, right?
Clearly next week is a pet tanking time for my croc :narnar:

Got her up on the third attempt Dfe - it's largely the same, but with a few exceptions.

The zombies now charge around very fast, so we decided to just tank them up, and eat the explosions from them with tank CDs. The frost mages now drain around 2k mana every time their frost bolts land. Only other major change is in the portal, entering the portal now places a DoT on the healer, and the +Healing buff drops off much faster.

Oh, and her health decays over time.

2k mana drain = me not like. I usually hang around with something like 15-16k mana in 10 mans and I go dry pretty fast... But 3 attempts doesnt look it was that challenging - of course there were imba skills involved

Well, not strictly three attempts, we had a few attempts on Friday with a different raid setup that didn't work at all - 2 tanks, 3 healers. So I think we learned what not to do then, saving us time last night.

Could've done it with 0 keepers tbh. But the adds in phase 3 just would'nt go down, so we called Thorim.
I decided not to put any music in this, just for a change. Also because i like the drama that's going on on ts.
