Is it possible that I could edit it at all? the look and feel / spacing isn't exactly how it looked in Word. Also, on the Rules FAQ, instead of having to "click to see more" can all of the rules be visable from the initial screen?

Can you please add a line between paragraphs for me. Also, can the rules be visable on one page instead of having to click through again (as outlined above).
