Plans are initially to run the herioc modes with the people who got us there. Will be mixing in herioc modes with getting LK down each week.

Prio will still be on the people who have put in a lot of hours. Still need to get a few more through though. In the past there hasn't been a lot of interest in the 10 man push run so just kept the raid group quite tight, bringing in the occasional 1 or 2 new ppl. If anyone thinks they can commit to an extra 2 nights raiding on 10 mans as well as there committment to the 25 mans just send me a /w

There are certain expectations though, this isn't just a run to get some shiny 264 gear.

Ran 10 man last night and got a bit of work on LK. Even though i saw videos on youtube etc, i was still not where i needed to be to understand the fight fully, but it'll get there fast enough now that i've seen some of the fight and tried it.

I'll be off for vacation this coming monday, so i'll grab a dose of Kingslayer when i come back. At that the time, the whole guild might be kings slayers

Agree with that, even though it might mean I wonÃ,Â´t get into the group. Those ICC10 progression nights cost lots of time and those people who were actually investing the time should benefit the most from it. Maybe except for the gnome, off course.

Just wonder how many are intrested too raid 10 man thses days "mainÃ,Â´s only"
Hengepung and Bamse have tryed a few times too get a team going but it lacking ot intrest.
Those who are in that team need too be able too go more than one day otherwise pugÃ,Â´s are a option too.but prefer too go guild only.

You hit the nail on the head. Killing all bosses up to PP (or even Sindy) every week was nothing to 10 man progression group. That is why this group extended the lockout - so that they didnt have to lose 3-4 hours every week just to get to LK.
I dont know if there are enough mains willing to form 2 ICC10 PROGRESSION groups, I think you would have to accept some alts as well. I mean, I was there with you twice on your "mains only" run with my DK tank alt and I wasnt the only one who had his (fairly well geared) alt there. The problem with those alts included might be the clash of both 10 man runs...
Either way, you will have to extend the lockout, maybe putting it on calendar and clearly if someone doesnt want to get saved on Friday to Progression run that is on PP (because he couldnt be able to do a fresh run later on), you know that this is not the player you would want even on your fresh run. Even 10 mans require some dedication. For me it meant not doing 10 mans some weeks at all just not to get saved to be able to help on LK in case I was needed later on, or get saved on Wednesday night to LK just for couple of tries even if I knew I wouldnt be able to participate on LK more evenings that particular week.

I would join some progression runs for sure, just need a bit of planning in the calender.
