Tbh guys i think it might be an idea to cancel all raid for maybe 1 month or 2 because this summer will be hot and i doubt pppl will turn up for the same reason and that is taking a **** on the 10-20 who sign up and are online for raid the 3 times a week they could have done so many other things in life then sit around for ppl not to turn up. so to be fair if it looks like the attendance aint getting better might be best to make a summer break tbh.

sheepy

This is something im VERY against, if you do this then it WILL be the end of the riad group as people will splinter off.

Sheepy appears and begins to stroke my head. According to his slurred drunken speech I am "lovely and like a fuzzy felt". Thankfully he soon leaves and passes out somewhere. [/quote]

I agree sheep could very will be the outcome which i would not wanna see but on the other hand ppl not turning up in the next month or so will have same result just alot of ppl being online for no raid. but i do hope ppl start to turn up as progress is damn good when we have our group.
might be an idea to push heroic 10 mans instead loot is itm lvl 264, tokens and items are really nice.

Sheepy is absolutely correct here.  The answer is to continue to push & recruit more people and to pro-actively recruit more people to raid, not to remove the possibility of any raid.  Cancelling the raids sends precisely the wrong message imo and would fragment the raid group to a point where even 10 mans might become a problem.

Running a 25 man raid is not easy, it's something that needs continual effort regardless of the progress level, so I would urge raiding to continue and for your efforts to go into solving the problem not removing the potential for the problem to occur.

Yes i agree with you but what does it help if ppl dont turn up tbh i say it is a waste of time, if it is possible to get a steady raid group that has a good attendance and gear/skill then yes we can push on but if we get a raid group like last time we aint going any further then bb queen, pp, sinda, LK left without any chance of downing them and if we finally get a group with right gear and skill WOTLK will be over so tbh either we recruit some more ppl (which has not gone good in last weeks as it was open 1 post, only thanks to TL) or we start new form of recuitment as the way we do now simply dont work good enough/fast enough. Also hearing some bad moods vibes from leemadin toward our 25 man raid which dont have any good impact unless it turn on him. I have nothing against the guy other then some comment about 25 man raids, tbh does he even raid anymore?
TBH we need new ppl and it cant happen fast enough and if it dont happen then it dont happend and we take it from there.

It is very important to understand that it is the last i want to happen that we stop 25 man raid but it also need to be fair to others and atm it is not.

And also remeber this is my view of the problem.
