Hello all.
Outland here. I used to play ALOT of CoD4 with dMw and im now here playing ALOT of BC2, now that I have found the dMw server. Still not sure if I should be using the dMw tag like I did with CoD4? Also I was wondering if there is somewhere I can go on the forum/someone I can ask about DL-ing and installing TS3, I know is probably very very simple but im a bit thick so bear with me on that one. And finally, how do I put a nice little piccy under my profile name? Actually, just one more thing. After I have joined a BC2 server (any BC2 server) I get DC-ed after about 20mins, this only happens once, untill I exit the game that is.

TS3 you can download here http://www.teamspeak.com/ make sure you pick the right version.
After dl, install TS3.

Hi Tom.. Offically the tag for BC2 is "dMw." Originally this was granted to all members whom had a Green Badge..

Now it's granted by myself as the Game Leader and it's based on Gameplay, Consistancy, and good Teamwork / Comms.

The TS3 details are under the password section..

I have TS3 installed, but I cant seem to use it properly. I entered the proper server details and such stuff and I find myself on some sort of "thing" with 100's of random names, none of which looked familiar with a computerised voice saying several times a second "user left channel" or "user joined channel". I was kinda expecting a small list with a few named "rooms" to join. Can anyone help please?

If you connect with TS3 you can see serveral rooms, you can look on dMw home webby on the right side if you are on the same server. http://www.deadmen.co.uk/forum/content.php
If not you enterd the wrong ip or port.....also make sure you use the right PW!!!

Aye the homepage TS3 widget is useful like that, it shows the rooms on the server and who is online. You can easily see the Battlefield Bad Company 2 room listed, so you might have entered an incorrect IP maybe or just 'missed' the room in the list.

The TS3 server can be quite busy at times in the evening as it is used not just by BC2 but by several other games too, so take your time to look through the list of rooms to find the BC2 room - and if it says " dMw Online Gaming Community Teamspeak 3" at the top then you are defintely on the correct server!

As its payday tomorrow (yay!) i am planning on buying a new graphics card in order for to play the latest games with you all as that is the only thing i am lacking.

After i do, is it worth me buying BFBC2 still or will we be moving on to any other shooters? e.g Black ops or Medal of Honor? just dont want to shed out the money if it is going to die a death any time soon.

Tough one this...

IMHO BC2 numbers as a whole are reducing fast, its been out for a while now and interest is wavering.

But there are still allot who play. Our server is always full at the weekends, and there are loads to join.

Black ops will be out soon, that I believe will be your best bet to purchase, Although BC Vietnam is just around the corner.
Personally I prefer the BC series to the COD style of close quarters, who can shoot the fastest play.

I think it's worth buying BFBC2,there are lot dMw members that plays the game online,and the sp part is very good.
On Friday evenings it's dMw vs The World,hop in when you decide to get the game.
As for MoH rumours are that the single part sucks,i played the beta MP and i was not very impressed.
Black ops aint out yet so cant say anything about it.

I dont know if dMw gonna support both games MoH and Black Ops.
