RGW Interest (Raid Group on Wednesday)

Im shaking my head in disbelief.
From what I know/guessed, you didnt have the time/interest in being a full-time raider (2-3 nights a week).
Then you thought... WTH, Im gonna try get a spot.
We have 3 tanks with high attendance. No spot available
We have 4 melee with medium attendance. No spot available.

You now get a chance to raid, but think the group is not pro enough for you?
Only want to raid with the stars, are we? Get carried by officers and high attendance raiders?

This is your (not only Demi, but also Amber, Myth and everyone else) chance to do what the rest of us have been doing. Kill raid bosses!

The guild actually sets a goal, and the goal is RGW, and you dont even bother.
And you guys ask yourselves why you are left out.

Yes i lost interest in raiding, due to certain things, which have been dealt with through the right channels.

I never said i wouldn't do RGW, just that i'm hesitant, mostly due to the way it have been formulated. I read it like it's only 1 night a week, and i just want more than that.

And regards to the part of your post i highlighted. Are you really trying to call me out as a slacker? I've never have the intention of not doing my bit, even going OS my aim is always to beat the main-speccs.

Well, you asked for it. Wanting to raid, then not wanting to raid, then wanting to raid, then maybe not wanting to raid because progress wont fit you makes people wonder mate. :-)

@Demi, like said before dont expect it to stay on just wednesdays, IIRC its a test to see if we can get a second raid going. When this raid gets off the ground, where we could use you atm, then the next step is to spread it on multiple days. Atleast thats what I hope, caus IMO 1 day raiding has no use.

Arctic has it right.  If I can clarify a little more:

We need to see if interest in a second raid group is there and what if anything we need to recruit to fill it.
A raid group for one night per week allows us to get earlier commitment, which then allows us to build to 2 or more nights as required.  Getting commitment for 3 nights per week from scratch is going to be difficult if alts are also involved as it leads to burn out, whereas starting one one night and then recruiting/growing and reducing reliance on alts over time allows us to grow the raid more effectively.
We anticipate the RGW would expand into Monday evenings, Friday night also remains a possibility (we assumed that Saturday would be a no go!).
So in total, we would expect it to evolve fairly quickly from 1 night to 2 per week.  
Depending on how RGW evolves, we then have options to move RGW to 3 nights per week, or consider combining it with RGT to form one 25 man, 3 nights per week raid group for example, but that's the future and there's a lot to get sorted first.

Well if people don't care they don't normally get wound up over things.... so I'm guessing we can turn this into + energy.
With a few more signed up it could evolve like wot he (TL) said and who knows 25 mans etc etc.
So if your interested sign up and PM TL if u can take on any additional responsibilities, like attendance, loot master...
fail to prepare, prepare to fail.

We're hoping to speak to those interested in running this over the coming 7 days.  This will give a bit more opportunity for recruitment (from within the guild or outside) and also for us to appoint people to lead the raid and run DKP, be Master Looter etc.  With luck we'll be ready to start this with effect from 23rd March.

Not able yet as i am still lvl'ing it up to 85 and needs some gear at that point, but when he is ready i am willing to help out when i am avail.
So more like a backup then a main toon for rg2.
