i need clarification you mean on time not 45 mins after start time ? based on GMT ? doh

In WoW, all europeans follow Norwegains (because we are elites that control these things. Much like gnomes). There is no GMT. Its only CET. CET = your ingame clock.
How it normally looks.
19:45-20:00 Raid invites (some might be later, yes).
20:10 - Groups sorted and all are at entrance, selected group starts buffing on inside.
20:15 - First trash pulls.

Again: No GMT :-) Not even GMT+1. Its all CET now.

Two things:
1) GMT: Guild Master Time, the time that Jas starts to cast his healing spells at the nearby tank and the tank automatically says "Pulling", also known as Raid start. Commonly followed by the death of an DPS within 60 seconds due to living in a different timezone (eg CET) :g:
2) If Norwegians are (like) Gnomes, we should have sacrificied a Norwegian yesterday before the raid. :norty:

I had a bit of trouble with DKP after the raid i.e. a critical error and will speak to someone clever soon to balance it.

I would like to say that signing up and not turning on is unacceptable, recruitment is open for a few slots for both RGT and RGW and I will not hesitate replacing someone who isnt showing up.
 
It might sound hard but IMO its not fair for the people that do show up.
 
On the other side I would like to see that the people that said they wanted to raid to actually show up or atleast update there status, if your status is "invited", "tentative" or "declined" during the start of the raid it will be seen as declined.

Hey Arsheann, welcome to the guild.
 
Since RGW is really full of Melee DPS right now I cannot assure you a spot every raid, however Healers(mainly) and Tanks are more needed:P
This will get youre more into raiding, its youre choise offcourse, but its a little hint;)
