The total bollox that is Origin, lack of consistency with previous login names and the fact you can't add a new name without changing your ID means practically every connotation of Albert was taken and dmw_albert looks stoopid with the dMw tag in front twice.

So for the sake of BF3 my Solider name is:

HonkTook - Taken from the name of a CD that is currently on my desk by Eamonn Coyne and Kris Drever. I recommend it if you like folk music.

I've added a load of the old names from BC2 to my Origin browser thing. If I've not added you add me so we can get some games going.

Also added myself to the platoon, just waiting for acceptance.

What are the rules regarding the dMw tag? Do I really need to earn it again or can I use it now?


Also one more thing about the state of Origin, why do you need to add people twice to it? The users are not linked in the desktop origin and the web page origin. Such a half arsed attempt at a system thats not very good!

Just start playing with us on the server in the dMw way, and you'll soon earn your tag

And as for origin, I wouldn't bother with adding people on it tbh. I just add them on battlelog and go from there.

yeah pointless adding people on origin unless they play another game from origin and i've yet to see anyone that does!

I got Crysis 2 on it when it was a fiver, but that was only to look at shiny things

Won't be rushing to use Origin any time soon... that thing is worse than GFWL...
