"I'm calling from CCN and trying to update our records.  Do you have a Sky dish?"
"No, I have a motorised 6ft Rammdupa satellite dish."
"So you don't have a Sky dish?"
"No, it's a Rammdupa dish"
"What's a Rammdupa dish?"
"6 foot of pain when it's Rammdupa your arse for cold-calling me and wasting my time.  Now **** off and leave me alone."
