It a good question and not one we can answer mate, we have no ideas of the servers names and such, I dont think we will till they open the flood gates.  

I will try and sort out some plan to see if we can get together.  And which server etc.

Downloaded and instaled 18,4gb folder when done here.

I think i read they are going to spreed out the start times here to,
17.00CET friday saturday and sunday? if i read corectly. and it ends at 01.00CEt Monday.

So lest hope vi get in early

Started the launcher today and another update was downloaded.  I'd recommend starting it at least once per day prior to Friday to check for patches.

10:00 cst is 4pm gmt as far as my calculation go

So that makes it CST - 6 hours = GMT | GMT + 1 hour = CET

I got the same time as you, but I will be getting ready to go out to dinner and drinks that time Friday.
