Lian Li has a double case. That should take two.

My coolermaster stacker takes two its the older cm stacker   http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?product_id=4    Ive tried lots of cases this ones been the best, not light though so you will use its wheels if you take it to a lan.

Mountain Mods do some huge double cases, very expensive though, Overclockers do them

Most server chassis will take 2 PSU's but you will have to lay the mobo flat and use some less conventional cooling methods.

The only reason would be in case one fails. Else you could just get one big one.
