Well, a lot of us are now playing Battle Star Galactica online.

It's a free game with possibility of micro payments for in game currency boosts and offers, but it's MMO and is still in development, although the game is working fine now, they are still adding to it and defining it's future direction.

Check out the forum section we now have and give it a try. It works through the browser (FireFox and Chrome advised because of the way IE can't access GFX hardware), using the Unity player.

Apparently a less structured version of EVE.

Really has to be seen to be believed. Join us, see if you like it and stay if you do, nothing to lose but your sanity and lots of your time.

Eve really is the MMO for advanced players though. It's been a while since I logged on myself. I don't even know who controls the space I parked my ships in. Just the thought of loading my Widow and other ships into my carrier to undock in hostile 0.0 sec is making it hard for me to open my accounts again. Since I won't be allowed to re-dock once I undock, I will have to load all my goodies in one basket. Should that go horribly bad, I think that loss would make it a hard grind back into the game for me. I guess I could just sell all my stuff at the station and sneak out with the Widow

Great game that I keep coming back to from time to time. You just can't beat those good ol' internet space ships

My characters in game are Ravn Silverclaw and Keladria. Both accounts are frozen atm though.

Might be worth starting up soon, they are redoing quite a bit of the game in the upcomming winter expension, which is two weeks out at this time.

Looks like I am stuck in Raiden space somewhere close to Northern Coalition. I used to be in the NC, but I'm pretty sure my chars have been dropped from corp by now. So I am a noobcorp member in NBSI space...
