Vladic or any OP'S leader in the future makes a list from players that he wants that night ( With rotation in mind).
The Dark Council decides if it's okay and can makes changes if needed!

Why not make Vladic a member of the Dark Council?
Then all rota, announcements can be made as one dark body instead of many voices?

The process has been only in place for 3 Weeks this being the third.  The council and Vladic have things in place to make it smoother.  

We also understand that the roster needs to be publish earlier and we will make sure this happens.

We should soon be looking toward a 'set group'.  As far as things go and some players I have ran with, a lot of our gear is now columi and full purple so we are ready to try hardmodes of them before nightmare.

  Ideally we should be looking at two imo. One Hard mode/Nightmare group consisting of the more demanding players, and one casual group. These two player types don't mix well and it usually ends in one of them getting bored or frustrated and looking elsewhere for their fix. I'm fairly sure this is already up for discussion though, so let's see what happens soonâ,,¢
