If you would like to do Operations then please read the below and if it sounds like you kind of sliced gold then step up.

You will be part of the Blue Group

Here we go the Rules

Your Toon has to be LvL 50 I am sorry if this sounds unfair but it isnt, it show comitemnt to the game and is our way to award those people that have strived to get there.

If you sign up for a Op then be there 10 mins before hand and ready with tactics and know what you are doing. This does mean in the TS Server Channel as well. There are more to come dont worry

The date we will be running the Op to start is the Thursday night, as we grow and get enough for another team we can open up another night.

The point of this to see who is free and wants to do Op runs and see if we can get a TEAM together. As this was the most popular night chosen.

The names will be pulled out of the hat and the list will be published, but dont worry if you didnt make the team, cause we rota people in and out each week to give everyone one a shot.

Red Group will Most likely be advanced to through Application Or Review request due to gear and skill requirement for Hard/Nightmare modes, also due to rotation there will be a set number of places available (too many people and Rotation sacrifices Progress and takes more time EG weeks to complete).

Yeah there will be process and that might be part of it, but the opertunity will be there if the situation is right. This will be posted up when we get nearer that stage

Is it possible that some people hitting level 50 will may have little or no experience of reading in large groups or indeed know what would be expected of them?

Or would you expect them to have garnered that knowledge on their progression to level 50?

Yes, and we are aware of that. The Dark Council knows that we have a large player group that has little or no experience with raiding.
And we want to give everyone a change to see what it is like etc.

So if you are up for it sign up don't be scared about having no clue on what to do, we will help eachother out as a team

Not much reading involved mate, most of the communication is done over voice these days :flirty:

In case you ment raiding :norty: I'm guessing willingness to read/learn tactics and get consumables etc. and learn how to play your class. If you are unfamiliar with ability priority/rotation, you could have a chat with someone playing the same class as you, or look through some class guides on the interwebs. Most of the dMw members are usually more than happy to help, except DA, he's just out chasing women.

in a weeks time i reckon at least nystrÃ¥la,bombafett,krakenz and myself will be ready for ops gearwise

Sharpfang, If you have blue gear or better for level 50s then you are ready for ops. With full buffs and a Stim you need a minimum of 13000 health and 1200 main stat as healer or DPS( maybe 14k as Melee DPS). Slightly diffrent valuation on tanks, so not sure about that except 16k health should be minimum.

Remember that Normal Operations drop the same loot as HM Flashpoints and are in some cases "easier".

nice, bomba as our tank has bout 17-18k hp i think, ive got 15,5 approx. will get prolly 3d and 4th columi/tionese piece during the week
