Yer I think that works well but I do think a quick chat between us 3 would be a good idea prior to announcing it. Will see if I can grab us together over the next few nights.

Re my comment in the other thread, we need a post up to show people what is about to happen, the three of you (Sharp excepted) already know what is happening and can have your chat afterwards prior to the first Op run. In the mean time we have a bunch of people ready to do Op runs now and they need info asap.

Has anyone actually told this to Sharp yet seeing as he is the one asking for an update in the member section?

Just a point with sharpe... his raid days may clash with starwars and wow (monday) If thats the case he needs to pick which game hes playing trying to do both will leave one or the other short

that's a fair point thanks jas that brings up the question of does BG goes the same night or shall we move the 2nd night for BG also is BG going straight to 2 nights or start off with one?

Could be a good idea to have other days than RG, as that way those that can't join on RG days may be able to join BG days.

I checked with Toby, he confirms no access to this group should be given, just the Op Leader forum.
I checked ACP and found Vargen, Tanales & Drazila with access to this forum. Access has been removed for these three so they cannot see this section any longer.

Sharp is also asking about the days, He is willing to help out the team but wants to know how many days and when ofcourse.
I havn't send a response yet, will send one this evening when i have a bit more time to spend on the forum.

Monday's and Wednesday's are raid days for him in wow if i remember correctly.

That leaves us with something like Tuesday and maybe also Thursday if we are going 2 days from the start. But looking at the numbers of both teams at the moment i don't know if that would be a smart thing at the moment as i think both teams need a few more extra people for each role.

With this is that i think BG will have it easier with the incomming lvl 50's in the guild as we are new and don't ahve gear yet. But RG needs geared players as they are doing hardmodes.

Sorted the permissions for Op leaders forum. As everyone in this forum can also see into Op leaders by default the only additional person to add will be Sharpfang. Please let me know as soon as I should add him.

Is Sharpfang on board as an OP leader yet? I thought he had agreed to take the role and so should we add him to the group and make an announcement? Also we could be looking at getting a formal list of Blue Squad members and a first Op run arranged? I've been out and about using mainly my mobile to check the forums this week and so might have missed some posts if these questions are redundant

He is wondering about the days, for the rest he is in.

But some of the BG players aint geared yet to do an ops. Some just dinged 50.

What we might do is get the whole group together on a evening and split it up in 2 and do some hardmodes to get some gear.

ok sounds like a good plan ice.

Announce Op team leaders, and give sharp access, to OP Leaders

Run this plan below with Sharp to get his idea. Then if all op leaders happy announce a gear run and plan to do hardcore runs this Thursday to get people up to the right gear.

2 teams sounds good to me.

we only run on Thursday atm and start a poll up to see what the 2nd day to use. Not giving Monday as a option.

Well i had a chat with him, and he is convinced that we should be able to get at least somewhere in a normal ops run.
With that came ofcourse the idea as soon as we hit a big wall that we indeed go and do some flashpoints.

On the other hand i just noticed that i won't be able to make Thursday evening so that might give the team a little problem but we will have to see if someone from the other group is able to step in or if that aint needed at all.
