Who are you?
An old DMR member. Back then I played my priest, Mezzanine, and raided with you lads. I've returned for the pandamonia with my lock, Ladykatarina, as Mezz is (temporarily?) retired. I also bring two friends, Cilox and Mortous. This application will count for all three of us.


Where are you from?
We're all from Sweden. Well. I seriously suspect Cilox is from a galaxy far, far away, but I never had any proof besides the tentacles.


How old are you?
Mezz - 34 years young
Mortous - 33 years
Cilox - Ancient


What kind of work do you do?
Mezz - Chemist (mixes the funny stuff)
Cilox - Physician (prescribes the funny stuff)
Mortous - IT dude (consumes the funny stuff)


What's your situation at home like?
... Fantastic?


What kind of internet connection do you have?
Mezz/Cilox - 24 Mbit
Mortous - 100 Mbit


What are the core specs of your computer?
Dudes. I don't know that. It doesn't lag anymore - will that suffice?


How long have you been playing computer games and what kind?
Mezz - Started off with Paperboy on Commodore 64...
Cilox - Since 1986. MMO since 2005.
Mortous - Since before he was conceived. Any game, every game. Online strip poker mostly, I bet.
We've all been WoW junkies, hardcore raiders, guild officers, loot prostitutes.


What kind of raiding experience do you have?
All of Vanilla WoW, TBC. Mezz some WotLK with your lot.


What other guilds have you been in and why did you decide or were forced to move on?
We advanced through a few raiding guilds on our last server, Runetotem. We moved on to see more content and play a more hardcore style.


Do you actively play any alts that we could find you in in case we need to contact you?
We just started gaming again, so you will most likely reach us on the chars mentioned here.


What are your plans for the game?
Try out Panda and see if the fat suit fits.


In what way would you like others to know you? Tell us about your personality, and why you enjoy the game.
The right answer must be: friendly, helpful and competent players. For me however, I must admit I have a Pandora Box Temper. Don’t pick my lock and you’ll be fine. As for the boys applying with me, I cannot help praising their good natures. Cilox is kind, calm and has a mental reaction rate faster than a viper. Mortous is basically the funniest man alive and also has a good heart and plenty of sense (although deep, deep, deeeeeep inside). Tbh, I’m the black sheep of this flock!

WoW is addictive. Period.


Name one thing you don't like about WoW in its current state.
Where are the talent trees? And what’s with the core spell how-to:s. Blizz, really?

Why did you decide to play this class?
Mezz: Lady's an oldie goldie warlock. My very first WoW character... -happy sigh-
Cilox: Normally played warrior or mage. Felt like trying something new.
Mortous: What can I say, death knight kinda suits him. Used to be a kick ass healer as priest.


What do you think your class' role is in raid content?
Frankly, I haven't got the foggiest these days. My raiding world has been turned upside down sooo many times and I wouldn't be surprised if mages are today's tanks...


Comment on your build. Why did you choose it? What do you think of other builds of your class? Why didn't you choose one of those?
Mezz: Destruction means big numbers. I like big.  
Cilox: Assassination. Sneaky *******.
Mortous: Unholy. He flipped a coin.



This guild

What do you look for in a guild?
Friendly people. Lots of humour and good laughs. When I applied to DMR the last time, it was solely based on bickering between two of your members in the general chat in Scholazar Basin. Left me in a fit of laughter.


''Dead Men Raiding'' - What comes to mind when you see that guild name?
Me having fun in WotLK.


There are other guilds on the server, why did you apply to us?
I like you. I think my friends would as well.


Who do you know in Dead Men Raiding? How do you know them?
Halbarad is the person I've been in contact with even outside of WoW.


Have you read our 'what we look for' and 'philosophy' posts? What do you think of them?

Welcome back.  I had to change your new account email to something else so that I could set your old mezzanine account to use the new email address.  You should hopefully have an email from your old account (unless I did it wrong)
