Guru

Hi,

I'm posting this because I've noticed some missing buffs / debuffs during encounters.

Here is a full list of all classes buffs / debuffs that can be applied:

http://www.wowhead.com/news=201447/mists-of-pandaria-buff-and-debuff-design

In my case for example I noticed missing Weakened Armor debuff during critical moments like when heroism is up which will lead to major dps drop not for me only, also for melee camp which includes even tanks.

My question here: Are we working together to keep this buffs / debuffs up all the time? If no then how can we manage as a team group to reach that level?

I'll start with me first, In my case I keep switching glyphs based each encounter. Now there are 2 mandatory glyphs that I've to use it 24 / 7:

+

3rd Glyph for me depends on each encounter for example: Stone Guards I'll go with this: http://www.wowhead.com/item=43432

For Elegon I must use this one: http://www.wowhead.com/item=45792

Now I knew that we as warriors have this nice glyph: http://www.wowhead.com/item=63481

But there is an issue with applying it as it will take me around 60 secs to fully debuff the target.

So, lets see how can we cooperate on this issue.

Waiting for your feedback folks.

Its taking me a bit of getting used to keeping up the melee debuff - my initial rotation applies faerie fire(which lasts 5mins) to bosses/adds but after 30secs the sunder armor additional debuff drops off.
I'm usually too busy focusing trying to line up eclipses for important stages of the fight and forget it at times.
And am sure you have been looking at logs and can see where it's not applied.

I'm glad this thread was startedf as it is something I was intending to address and was slacking in posting something up for discussion.   I'll start by copying the buff/debuff list from Ghostcrawler's post and then I'll go get a cup of tea and start writing the post I had intended for the Elegon thread.

Buff & debuff uptimes are so important in raiding and we need to work to cooperate to ensure that the raid is always as fully buffed and that the boss is always as fully debuffed as we can make it.

Don't forget that hunter can bring a wide variety of buffs/debuffs via the pet: http://www.icy-veins.com/beast-mastery-hunter-wow-pve-dps-buffs-debuffs-useful-abilities
Some require beast mastery spec though for exotic beasts..

I use Raid Checklist to monitor buffs these days as RaidComp was not updated for 5.0.

Milli, have you thought of using TellMeWhen to track the debuff on the target?  I use it for Invocation buff of myself mainly.  You can set it so it shows you the countdown timer on the debuff in large (with OmniCC), or you can set it to display the icon as the buff drops.  I would suggest the former as it means no down time for the debuff.  If you're interested and need a hand configuring it, just give me a shout mate.
