Weekly Sunday XFB/UFB Championship

Hi everyone. I do not know what it takes to join in on official races. I think I came unexpected on today's race. Please forgive me. I was invited by gooner andy some time ago. I couldn't make it back then because I don't wanna cause a crash due to my poor game pad skills. So, I waited till I got a wheel and feel more confident. I did a few laps practice a few hours after today's race.

After spectating drivers I am picking up on how the track likes to be raced. I got in the stats page with 3:06. Still kinda shakey on some turns but I'll figure it out. Need some practice help. I would love to be in Sunday's race. thanks

Weekly Sunday XFB/UFB Championship
Races Every Sunday Monthly Championship **We are just getting this restarted and are leaning towards Monthly Championships. Should that be the case March 2013 points would roll over to April 2013 due to the Mid-month launch date.


When?
Sunday March 17th,and Sunday March 31st 2013 @ 8:00 PM GMT (AND EVERY SUNDAY after-unless otherwise noted here).

Where?  
DM®Racing XFB/UFB

What car(s)?
 XFB & UFB (UFB is a UFR with 45% intake restrection, & a XFB is a XFR with 43% intake restriction).
 
What is the championship format?
 2 races--(A.)One short qualifying RACE and (B.) One Longer Must pit race.


-1st race will be however many laps is nearest 10 minutes in length.
A pit stop WILL NOT be required in the Qualifying RACE. (qualifying will be conducted in a race format for this event as opposed to the normal Qualifying.) Single points will be awarded for this race.

5 Minute Break

Race 2 will be however many laps is nearest to 45 minutes in length.  
Pit stop WILL be required in the second race! * numnber of laps will be different as different tracks are different lengths
Double points will be awarded for this race.

**NOTE::Races WILL begin on time REGUARDLESS of weather YOU are on time or NOT!!!!!!!  It is YOUR responsability to be at the race on time, and is unfair to make thise who show up on time wait for some
one else who may or may not show up.

After the final race-the evening's points will be tallied and a champion will be crowned!

Results will be posted here weekly!

The Points system::
Points will be awarded as follows:

1st-15pts.
2nd-12pts.
3rd-10pts.
4th- 8pts.
5th- 6pts.
6th- 5pts.
7th- 4pts.
8th- 3pts.
9th- 2pts.
10th-1pt.
11th place-99th place-Zero( 0 ) points will be awarded.

****In order to participate in the race you must FIRST have posted in this thread that you have READ and UNDERSTOOD the RULES and race format. (if you do not post in this thread that you HAVE read and understood the rules & format NO POINTS will be AWARDED to you!)

Be on time-Races WILL start at 8PM GMT-(unless otherwise stated in these forums) Be on time, if you miss the start, you will not have as good of a finish position being laps down.

DISRESPECTFULL OUTBURSTS or BEHAVIOUR DIRECTED TO OTHER DRIVERS WILL NOT BE TOLLERATED!! AND WILL RESULT IN YOUR IMMIDIATE DISMISSAL FROM THE RACE!

Fair play and common courtesy are expected at all times please.
We are all adults or people who wish they were adults, so-lets resemble that!

Cheaters will be executed on site!

This next track seems like it will be close racing, good choice. Sry I missed the June 23rd race, had stayed up for the Le Mans 24hr with some friends and needed some sleep.
