The intention on this one is to use the 3 group, melee heavy setup.   At least until we find something better to do!  We'll try 3 healing it initially and drop to 2 if we can.

Frostbite can be immuned if you pre-empt the application of frostbite - this is huge in Heroic.   So we'll ideally want to use hunters, mages, rogues, druid (clos via symbiosis etc).

- 1.5 second cast time
- small blue arrow on your head if you are going to get it
- hit your ability!!
- have it on a HOTKEY as 1.5 seconds is NOT A LOT OF TIME
