This fight reminds me a lot of Cho'gal in Bastion of Twilight.

Ability that forces Tank switch? Check.
Summons adds in waves? Check.
Has a resource that mustn't reach 100, which increases on damage taken from boss and select adds, and constantly increases the raid's resource after 30%? Check.

We should oneshot this fight because.. Well.. This is Cho'gal 2.0.

Since we were doing so great on Norushen last time I think we get a kill on sunday. And move on to this cute thing!

Seriously invaluable time on this boss tonight (killed in Flex).     It is strongly recommended that all raiders try to attend the guild's Flex Raid on a Friday night for the first few weeks at least so that you get to see the fights first hand in an easier mode before facing them on Normal mode.
