As I have to book flights I'd like to get a little closer to the numbers required to confirm the LAN will go ahead before committing.

You can still book a hotel room - cancellation is something like 48 hours I seem to recall?

Maybe we need a "will attend if lan is confirmed" for those that need to do non-refundable things like book flights?

I seem to remember them telling me it was 24 hrs, but they do tell you when you book.

I will be attending in some capacity im sure, just dont know if it will just be a day trip or not just yet

I booked my room anyways just to be covered when we get the required numbers which I'm sure we will now DA is coming :norty:
